Woodland Creatures Ornaments

I am finally back on line after a joyous and completely crazy Christmas!  We had 19 people staying with us.  It was so fun seeing all the cousins and hanging out with our dear family, but needless to say things were busy!

Finally everyone is gone and we are slowly getting things back to normal.

I have been so excited to show you my Christmas creations!  These are my hand made “Woodland Creatures” Ornaments.

They are all handmade using felt and fabric and all designed by me!

I had so much fun designing these and coming up with all the little creatures.

The gnome is my favourite….

I thought this mushroom would be so simple, but it proved to be the most challenging.  I must have made at least 10 of these before I found the perfect one.

I especially love the hand embroidery.

This little owl started it all.  He just turned out so cute that I decided to make a whole set.

 I made 5 sets of these ornaments and everyone got a different fox.  Here is the white one…

 

I found these fabulous boxes at Crate and Barrel and I designed the labels on PicMonkey  I then printed them out onto sticker paper.  If you have never used PicMonkey, you should definitely try this fun, easy, and free photo editing site!

The boxes were a little deep so I added a bit of foam and covered it with this sweet polka dot flannel!

I will eventually do tutorials for all of these, but honestly I am all Christmased out!  Maybe next Christmas 🙂 I have a couple more Christmas projects I want to show you.  So check back soon!
