I am especially happy today because our house is all decked out for Christmas and nothing makes me happier than coming down the stairs in the morning and seeing the tree all lit up!
I thought it would be fun to share all my holiday decorating this year. So let’s begin in the family room.
The stockings were hung from the chimney with care…
I made these stockings years ago. I designed all the patterns by hand then used tacky glue to glue all the little felt pieces on.
My sewing skills have greatly improved since then but the kids will never let me make new ones because they are all so attached.
Our family gets a real tree every year but we cut down our own for the first time ever. The first couple of days it smelled amazing.
The kids LOVE the train.
We have lots of traditions that center around decorating the tree, but the first thing we do every year (after stringing the lights) is to find the perfect spot for our butterfly cave.
And here are a few more of my favorite ornaments… The puffy snowballs from England.
The glass Cinderella ornaments that my Uncle Jim gave to me in High School.
Sparkly snowflakes.
12 days of Christmas ornaments from The Land of Nod.
Whether you're sprucing up a closet or tackling an entire room, I designed this workbook with you in mind. I know fixing up a room can be overwhelming, but this workbook will give you a head start in organizing your thoughts and gaining confidence to dive head first into decorating your space.
These are the ways I feel called to LOVE DEEPLY. My mission is to help you create beauty and peace in your own home—because I believe everyone is worthy of love and joy.
I just LOVE your house!! Your curtains make my heart flutter too!!
Thank you so much Lori!
